Are the fish fresh

Our fish are the freshest and are processed and frozen at sea. 

Are the fish farmed

No fish sold on Fish and Lime is farmed.  All fish are locally sourced in Bahamian waters.

When are deliveries made

Deliveries are made on Thursday and Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 3:00pm.  If necessary to make a change on our part or your part this will/should be communicated the day before delivery is scheduled to be made. 

How much is does delivery cost

It’s free! Yippee!

Can I change my delivery date or location

Yes. Just email or call with your changes.

Can I stop my subscription

Yes of course, but we’d be sad to see you go. If you have any problems, please get in touch and we’ll always do our best to resolve any issues. We’re always looking for ways to make our service even better – so please let us know any feedback, good or bad. To cancel your subscription we require seven days’ notice prior to a box being dispatched.

Where do you get your fish from

All fish sold on Fish and Lime are found in the water of The Bahamas.

Definitely. Just email or call to discuss your needs.

Anywhere in New Providence

How do I pay

You can pay online via PayPal or using our local online payment system with Bank of The Bahamas. All transactions are secured and we do not store your card details. You can also arrange for COD.

Can I sign up for a trial run

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Even if you sign up, you could choose to stop after one delivery.

Will my box smell or leak?

Definitely not! Products are individually vacuum packed.
