Grouper Steak

Grouper is favorite fish of The Bahamas.  A very mild fish, grouper literally melts in your mouth and has a very clean flavor. As grouper is typically thicker and meatier than say hogfish, it is often prepared grilled, blackened, fried into grouper fingers, and especially boiled with peppers and herbs.  Grouper includes Nassau grouper, black grouper, or strawberry grouper.
