Margate Steak

Margate aka Margret fish in The Bahamas is family to grunts.  It has snapper like qualities which make it a very desirable food fish. Light, moist, white and sweet.  Substitute it for tilapia, swai, or white fish.  Excellent fried but can be sautéed, boiled or stewed.
